Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Alamo Termite & Pest Control. By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Alamo Termite & Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including but not limited to:

  • Pest Control
  • Termite Treatment
  • Bed Bug Treatment
  • Rodent Control
  • Roach Control
  • Bee Removal
  • Mosquito Control
  • Flea & Tick Control
  • Critter Control
  • Commercial Pest Control
  • Ant Control

2. Service Guarantee

Alamo Termite & Pest Control offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all recurring treatment plans and one-time services. If you are not satisfied with the results of a treatment, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. Refunds are available at our discretion where re-treatment is not feasible.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information regarding your property and pest concerns.
  • You will ensure access to the areas requiring treatment at the agreed appointment time.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Alamo Termite & Pest Control reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. For recurring service plans, you authorize Alamo Termite & Pest Control to charge your payment method on the agreed billing schedule. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Alamo Termite & Pest Control. We offer two types of SMS communications:

Transactional/Service Messages: Service day notifications, appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and service completion updates.

Marketing/Promotional Messages: Seasonal offers, service promotions, referral incentives, and exclusive discounts. These messages are only sent to customers who have provided separate, explicit opt-in consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or call us at 817-765-3537. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://alamopest.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alamo Termite & Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Property Access and Preparation

To ensure effective treatment, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring treatment.
  • Follow any pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technicians.
  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas for the recommended time period following treatment.
  • Disclose any known allergies, health conditions, or sensitivities that may be relevant to treatment products used.

9. Changes to These Terms

Alamo Termite & Pest Control reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
