Mosquito bites are some of the most annoying consequences of spending time outside or in an area where the pests may have snuck in a window or door left open. But our mosquito control treatments can free you from the swatting, itching, and scratching of mosquitos!
When you partner with our team of experienced mosquito exterminators, you can expect:
*It should be noted that one-time treatments do not come with a warranty.
Since we first opened our doors in 1993 as a locally-owned and operated pest control company, your family’s safety is our top priority! That’s why the insecticides used in our treatments are designed for residential use.
To ensure your family’s comfort and safety, we only use the most effective treatments available. And when it comes to mosquitoes, that’s using In2Care mosquito traps! These strategically placed traps allow us to target mosquitoes across your entire property in various stages of their lifecycle—allowing us to get rid of mosquitoes for good, not just the adults like other treatments do. Learn more about the benefits of In2Care mosquito traps.
With the recent outbreak of the Zika Virus and West Nile Virus, a mosquito treatment program is critical. In addition to preventing pesky mosquitoes from ruining your relaxation and entertaining, regular treatments for your home could potentially save your life. There have been several cases of West Nile Virus in the DFW area in recent years and you are wise to protect your family from this potentially deadly virus.
Should pests persist in between scheduled treatments, simply let us know and we’ll re-service your home for no additional cost to you. That’s our guarantee to you!
As a locally-owned and operated company, our team of exterminators takes great pride in helping our community. We’ve provided dependable, affordable pest control across the region since 1993.
All employees we have interacted with have great customer service. Scheduling is always a breeze and flexible. As far as services, they are always great too. We moved into an old home and noticed roaches immediately. After one treatment from Alamo the roaches were gone (knock on wood), they have also significantly helped control spiders, and ants. All around excellent service.

Our primary method is In2Care mosquito traps placed strategically around your property to target mosquitoes across every stage of their lifecycle, not just the adults you can see. Every service starts with a free inspection to find where mosquitoes are breeding and resting, followed by a customized treatment plan — you can also opt for traditional fogging if you prefer that approach. Because mosquitoes develop from egg to biting adult in as little as one to two weeks, one-time treatments knock back an existing population but don’t stop new ones from replacing them, which is why year-round or seasonal recurring service is the more durable option.
Female mosquitoes lay their eggs directly in standing water — clogged gutters, plant saucers, low spots in the yard, even a bottle cap’s worth collects enough — and larvae can mature into biting adults in as few as four days in warm weather. In DFW’s hot, humid summers, that means a new generation can hatch out before a single fogging treatment’s effects wear off. That’s the reason In2Care-style traps, which target breeding sites rather than just adults in flight, tend to hold up better than fogging alone over a full season.
Our mosquito products are designed for residential use. As with any pest treatment, it’s still reasonable to ask your technician about re-entry time for the yard after service, especially with young kids or dogs that spend a lot of time outside.
It’s a real, ongoing local risk, not just marketing language. Dallas County Health and Human Services reported 37 human West Nile virus cases in 2024, including three deaths, and confirmed additional human cases and mosquito-pool detections through the 2025 season. Per the CDC, about 80% of people infected never develop symptoms, and most of the remaining 20% get flu-like illness — but less than 1% develop severe neurological disease, and there is currently no vaccine or specific treatment for people, which is why prevention (reducing standing water, ongoing treatment) is the primary defense.
Our guarantee — a free re-service if pests come back between visits — only applies to recurring service plans, not one-time treatments. Given mosquitoes can complete a full generation in under two weeks during a Texas summer, a single treatment is really a reset rather than a lasting fix; recurring service is what keeps new hatches from repopulating the yard through the season.
Mosquito activity in DFW typically ramps up in spring as temperatures warm and rainfall increases, peaks through the hot, humid summer months, and tapers off after the first hard frost in late fall. Because the local climate rarely has a long hard freeze, some breeding activity can persist even into cooler months in a mild year, which is part of why we offer both one-time and year-round recurring options.
